If you're stuck for something to watch on Christmas day, you can't miss this episode of Gordon Ramsays' Kitchen Nightmares, featuring Dee Snider of Twisted Sister!

Tonight in Mount Sinai, New York at the Handlebar Restaurant and Lounge, Kitchen Nightmares Gordon Ramsay will be working with its owners (Billy and Carolynn) to turn the restaurant around and make it the place to dine in Mount Sinai.

Billy and Carolynn have owned the Handlebar for one year.

The staff say Billy refuses to answer the phone if no one else does and is grouchy. The kitchen is dirty but Billy loves the décor of the restaurant. The chef, Melissa, tells us the food is crap and she is not a chef. Coming from the person who makes the food, that’s not good.

Ramsay arrives and is seated. He is presented not one menu but four, consisting mostly of fondues. Ramsay orders clam chowder, seafood crepes, and filet mignon fondue. He comments on how the décor is terrible.

Gordon is served his food, and hates everything except the clam chowder. With good reason. The fondue is presented so you deep fry it yourself in oil. Stupid and a pointless waste of filet steak he comments.

Gordon confronts the chef about the food. She admits she hates cooking, thinks fondue is horrible and cooks everything in the microwave. The only person shocked is Billy.

The next day, Gordon watched the dinner service and is shocked by the use of radishes as a vegetable when the frozen vegetables (a no-no in Gordon'e eyes) run out. The mushrooms aren'e well recieved and the night is a disaster. Gordon tells Billy the food sucks and a bubbling hatred for Gordon begins. It's going to take a lot to bring this guy round!

Next day arrives and Gordon inspects the kitchen. It is utterly filthy. He surmises the chef has no apssion, and Billy has his head in the clouds. The staff give the kitchen a thorough cleaning, but Billy will not join in, still bruised from Gordon's infamous tongue lashing. Billy storms off, and his wofe Carolyn is left to open that night alone.

The next day Gordon's team completely transforms the Handlebar into a “gastro pub” – Long Island’s first.

Suddenly Dee Snider and his family and friends arrive! The motorcycle will be auctioned off for charity with bids being made on the website.

It's a brilliant episode, and if you aren't doing anything Christmas night, check it out, 9pm on Fox.
